On Wednesday, October 25, 2017, of Germantown, MD. Beloved fiancé of Ray Charles; mother of Tyler Yankanich, Martelli and Gavin Charles; daughter of Larry Yankanich (Jackie) and Sandra Whittington; sister of Andrew Yankanich (Mary); aunt of Alyssa Heflin and Matthew Yankanich. She is also survived by other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, October 30, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD, on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 10 AM. Interment All Souls Cemetery.
