Beloved mother of Norma Quiñones, Vilma Quiñones, Luis Quiñones, and Magaly Ramirez; grandmother of Paolo Carbone, Mercedes Quiñones, Frank Carbone, Brian Quiñones, Joel Quiñones, Elias Monge, and Bianca Monge; great-grandmother of Nina Carbone, Dinah Carbone, Joyce Carbone, and Aiden Quiñones. Also survived by other loving family members. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, October 24 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 520 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD on Wednesday, October 25 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20906.
