Of Kensington, Maryland passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2011. Beloved son of Louis Bier Williams Sr. and the late Eileen Corr Williams; brother of Eugene Williams of Florence, AL, Carol Hill of Poolesville, MD, Joyce Abel of Woodbine, MD, and the late Louis B. Williams Jr. Devoted uncle of Terry, Leigh, Ann Marie, Nicole, Mark, Joyce, Jason, and Zachary. Also survived by 13 great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends. Arrangements are being made for a memorial mass at St. John the Evangelist Church, 10103 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland.
