A Memorial Service will be held at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Colesville Road, Silver Spring, MD 20910 on Friday, August 5, at 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Lyn’s memory to the Jack and Lyn Welty Music Ministry Memorial at St. Luke Lutheran Church.
