On Wednesday, July 3, 2013, Paul Rainey Webber, V of Germantown, MD. Beloved son of Paul Rainey Webber, IV and Karla Grace Webber; brother of Jordan Elise Edwards; grandson of Judge Paul Rainey Webber, III, Fay D. Webber, James C. Harmon, Sr. (predeceased), and Beverly A. Harmon (predeceased); and survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Grace Episcopal Church, 1607 Grace Church Road, Silver Spring MD 20910 on Friday, July 12, 2013 for visitation from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. with Memorial Service immediately following at 11 a.m. Interment Grace Episcopal Church Cemetery.
