Shane Vincent Waters (Age 23)

Shane Vincent Waters, 23, of Monrovia, MD, died unexpectedly on September 14, 2014. Beloved son of John J. G. Waters and the late Stephanie Hogan Waters; step-son of Lisa Waters; brother of John C Waters (USMC) and Sarah E. Waters; grandson of Linda and Thomas Reachmack and Jack V. Waters. He is also survived by a nephew, Aiden Zimmer, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, on Thursday, September 18, from 10:30 to 11 a.m., where Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
