On Sunday, March 24, 2019, of Kensington, MD. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Frederick Ward; mother of Frederick A. Ward, Ana Maria Ward and Gordon R. Ward; grandmother of Sara Ross-Trimmer, Trevor Ward, Kellie Ross-Carpen and Jessica L. Pyfrin; sister of Florencia Radelat. Also survived by five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Carmen was a teacher for 27 years at Northwood High School in Silver Spring, MD.
