On Saturday, August 23, 2014, of Gaithersburg, MD. Beloved husband of 67 years to Margaret Gourlay Volz; father of Robert C. (Kathleen) Volz and Maureen V. (Terry) Hambrecht; grandfather of Steven Volz and Charlene Kotraba and great-grandfather of Makayla, Samantha, James and Milena. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, August 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.; where the Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 27, at 11 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
