Beloved husband of Vinolia Victor; father of Raphel Nevil Victor; son of Sarah Helen Victor; and baby brother of Susheela Vasanth, Dr. Vijayaleela Victor and Samuel Victor. Also survived by parents-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and many other family members. Relatives and friends may call at Memorial First India United Methodist Church, 9226 Colesville Road, Silver Spring, MD, Wednesday, October 30, from 9:30  to 10:30 a.m.; where the Funeral Service will follow at 10:30 a.m. Interment George Washington Cemetery.
