On Wednesday, August 17, 2011, of Garrett Park, MD. Beloved wife of Jose Emillio Vargas; mother of Jose E. II, Maria del Carmen, Juan Ramon, Vicente Andres and Yolanda Teresa; sister of Dona Bessette and Aline Moore; sister-in-law of Ronald Ferland. Also survived by eight grandchildren.
