On Friday, August 23, 2013, of Brookeville, MD. Beloved fiance of Ellen O’Brien; father of Kasey Jane Alexis (Michael) and Francisco Robert Valeda, III; former husband of Kathryn M. Valeda; brother of Alice, Gil, Maria, Emilita, Ditas, Ray and the late Jimmy and Lynn. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
