On Friday, February 24, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Russell Toms; mother of Ronald (Gail) and Gerald Ceccarelli and Kathryn (Herb) Thompson. Also survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
