Beloved mother of Katherine Tims, Michael (Rebecca) Tims, and Jennifer (Bob) Banasik; grandmother of Justin, John and Ashley, and great-grandmother of Maxwell; sister of Derril Gay. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, 20901 (Valet Parking), Sunday, January 10, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Graveside and inurnment will take place at Greenwich Cemetery, Savannah, GA in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
