Relatives and friends may call at Hughes United Methodist Church, 10700 Georgia Avenue, Wheaton, MD, on Tuesday, September 28 from 12:30 to 1 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Interment immediately following at Parklawn Memorial Park.
