THERESA B. THOMAS (nee Ata)

Of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Monday, June 11, 2012. Surviving to cherish her memory are two daughters, Clarrisa A. Thomas and Lydia C. Thomas; brothers, Norman S. (Theresa C.) and Richard P. Ata; sisters, Mary W. (Jim) Parsons and Margaret A. (James) Bradley. Also survived by John S. Thomas and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was the beloved daughter of the late Dolores M. and Richard Ata. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, June 17, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette’s Church, 72 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring, MD on Monday, June 18, 2012 at 11 a.m. Graveside service will be held at St. Andrew’s Diocesan Cemetery in Roanoke, VA on Saturday, June 23, at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society , Montgomery County Unit, 801 Roeder Road, Suite 800, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
