On Friday, September 28, 2018, of Silver Spring, MD. loving brother of Joyce Vincent (Late husband, Sisty), Elizabeth Wiblitzhouser (husband, Frank) and the late Jane Dunn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Memorial Service will be held at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 1 PM.
