ROSEMARY EILEEN STOUT (Age 87)

Passed away peacefully on Friday, November 20, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. Rosemary is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Paul D. “Don” Stout, Jr.; her brother, Richard Chamberlain; her sons, Marty (Betsy), Gary (Lorri), Michael and David (Sheila) and eight grandchildren, Erin, Kelly, Kyle, Blair, Justin, Sarah, Matthew and Emmy. Rosemary grew up in Williamsburg, PA and was a graduate of Williamsburg High School. She worked at the IUE Electrical Workers Union until she began raising her family. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, November 25, from 7 to 9 p.m. Graveside Service will be private.
