Spar; father of Stephen Spar and the late Robert Spar; grandfather of Zachary, Elliott, Jennifer, Nicole and Lindsey; brother of Mary Barragato; father-in-law of Carol Spar and Anne Spar. Funeral service at the Chapel at Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring, MD, on Saturday, February 8, at 11 a.m. Interment Private.
