On Wednesday, December 9, 2009, of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of the late Mary Jane Spahn; father of Rev. James Spahn, O.P., Patrick Spahn (Marion), Theresa Spahn, Stephen Spahn (Oralia), Barbara Apostle (John) and Andrew Spahn (Carol); brother of Gerard Spahn (Jane); grandfather of Amanda, James, Michael, George, Emily, Mary Jane, Cassandra, Joseph and Cameron. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Norbeck & Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD on Monday, December 14 at 11 a.m. Interment with Full Honors at Arlington National Cemetery on February 10, 2010 at 3 p.m. Everyone attending please meet at the administration building at 2:30 PM.
