Passed at home on Sunday, April 21, 2019, of Gaithersburg, MD. Beloved husband of Marcia Marcal; father of Daniela Santos, Jose A. Marin-Souza, Divanildo Quirino, Cecilia Marin Souza, Lucas Santos and Daniel Marin; grandfather of Jayden and Vianna. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers in Brazil and other loving family and friends. Relatives and friends will be received at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, April 28, 2019, from 7 to 9 PM.
