On Wednesday, December 28, 2016, of Miami, FL, formerly of Silver Spring, MD.  Beloved wife of Jose Laureano; daughter of Rafael and the late Maria Sosa;  mother of Verushka (Carlos) Avila, Moraima (Nestor) Leon and Raphael (Maria) Laureano;  sister of Carlos (Ivette) Tijero, the late Dimitriz Tijero, Hildegardis Sosa and Amor (Jimmie) Brown.  Also survived by ten grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends may call at  Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, January 8, 2017, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Graveside Service and interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, January 9, 2017 at 10 a.m.
