Passed away on December 8, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years Evelyn E. Smith, daughter Donna, son Mark, Dan Ramsey, grandchildren Michelle, Todd, Tristan, Fallon and great grandchildren Calvin, Owen and Silas. A Memorial Service will be held at Twinbrook Baptist Church, 1001 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville, MD, on Saturday, December 15, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Twinbrook Baptist Church or Montgomery Hospice Society, 1355 Piccard Drive, Suite 100, Rockville, MD 20850.
