On Tuesday, October 26, 2010, of Wheaton, MD. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Marie Skinner; father of James Stephen, William Randolph, Thomas Russell, Joseph Brian and Dennis Michael Skinner. Also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine Laboure, Veirs Mill and Claridge Roads, Wheaton, MD, on Monday, November 1 at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
