On Sunday, December 19, 2010, of Takoma Park, MD. Beloved husband of the late Mildred M. Skinner and Betty A. Skinner; step-father of Doris L. Hopp and Linda D. Shimulunas. Also survived by many loving family members and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Takoma Park Presbyterian Church, 310 Tulip Avenue, Takoma Park, MD, on Thursday, December 23 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. where Funeral Service will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Private interment at a later date.
