BETTY JANE TRACEY SHRIVER

On Sunday, September 13, 2009, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Benjamin E. Shriver, Sr.; mother of Betty Penn, Kay Griffith, and the late Shirley Carpenter and Benjamin E. Shriver, Jr.; also survived by 10 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Colesville Road and Highland Dr., Silver Spring, MD, on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 from 10 to 11 a.m., with funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment Greenhill Cemetery, Waynesboro, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society-MD Chapter, 11350 McCormick Road, Executive Plaza III, Suite 100, Hunt Valley, MD 21031.
