Patricia Shaughnessy (Age 81)

On Monday, September 15, 2014, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late William David Shaughnessy, CAPT., U.S. Navy (Ret.); mother of William, Jr., Ann (Joseph) Boland, Susan (Joseph) Baglini, Terri (Bernard) Collins, Kathryn (Kevin) Rioux, Elisa Nichols, Elizabeth Shaughnessy, and the late Maureen Shaughnessy, MD; sister of Mary Elizabeth Crandall. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Friday, September 19, 2014, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Church of the Resurrection, 3315 Greencastle Road, Burtonsville, on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
