On Friday, June 12, 2009 of Burtonsville, MD. Beloved wife of the late Francis T. Sharpe, M.D.; mother of Kathleen S. Canavan, Francis T. Sharpe, Jr. and Sally J. Simon; sister of John Dodson, Norma Bond and Freda DeMandel. Also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Blvd. West, Silver Spring, MD. (valet parking), Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann”s Church, 4400 Wisconsin Ave. NW, Washington, DC on Tuesday, June 16, at 12 noon. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
