On Tuesday, February 3, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD.  Beloved wife of the late Francis X. Seymour; devoted mother of Judy Ann Frazier and her husband G. Paul Frazier; cherished grandmother of Gregory P. II, Kyle F. and Connor J. Frazier and great-grandmother of Rowan X. Frazier; sister of the late John P. Collins, Helen M. Johnson and Francis X. Collins.  Relatives and friends may call at  Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, February 9, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd, Silver Spring, MD, on Tuesday, February 10 at 11 a.m.  Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
