On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Onda Krick Selmer. He is survived by a host of loving family and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m., where Memorial Service will be celebrated on Monday, March 5 at 1 p.m. Interment George Washington Cemetery.
