Died on Monday, December 30, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Jacquie Sein; father of Raquel Sein. Also survived by a host of other family and friends. A Mass in his Honor will be offered at Christ the King Church, 2301 Colston Dr., Silver Spring, MD 20910 on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 8:30 AM. A Memorial Mass to Celebrate his Life will be scheduled at a later date.
