Mrs. Jacqueline J. Sein of Silver Spring , Maryland peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Raquel Antonia Sein; a sister, Margaret Smith; two nephews, Carter and Mark Smith and a host of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Rafael Sein.  Interment private.
