It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Joan Schultheis on July 30, 2017. Joan is survived by her loving husband, Andreas; daughters, Mary Crotts, Theresa Schultheis, Carole Butler, Susan Bigbee, Karen Williams and their spouses; sons, John Schultheis, Andreas Schultheis; 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren with another on the way. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Sunday, August 6, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Church of the Resurrection at Riderwood Village, 3110 Gracefield Road, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, August 7, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
