On Tuesday, June 12, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Donna Roberts Sapp; father of Elizabeth (Bill) Kelley, D. William (Kathy) Sapp, Barbara (Chris) Reinhardt and Helen McFee. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral services at First Baptist Church of Silver Spring, 8415 Fenton Street, Silver Spring, MD, on Friday, June 15, at 10 a.m. Interment George Washington Cemetery.
