Maxey; grandfather of Allison (Alexander) Mast, Brian A. and Sean M. Pramov and Christopher S. Maxey; great-grandfather of Cody and Annabelle Mast. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, 7 to 9 p.m., and Monday, December 20, at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 9100 Colesville Road (at Highland Dr.), Silver Spring, MD, 10 to 11 a.m. where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
