On Thursday, August 23, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late John Dawson Rutley; mother of Sharon A. Bouchard, Sue M. Gillespie, and Nancy J. Baugher (Ron); sister of Thomas G. Fisher; grandmother of James Martin, Nicole Shoemake, Nicalaus Bouchard, and Matthew Gillespie. Also survived by four great grandchildren and other loving family and friends.
