On Thursday, March 5, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late John J. Rutledge Sr.; mother of Dr. John J. Rutledge, Jr., Paul G. Rutledge, Ann V. Kapuscinski, Virginia R. Mosby and William G. Rutledge; grandmother of 12 grandchildren; sister of Betty Bastian, Joyce Dolan and the late Ruth Stanley.
