On Thursday, March 25, 2010, of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of Monika Rukus; father of Charles Joseph Rukus III (Roslyn), Michael James Rukus (Helena), William Paul Rukus (Elizabeth), and Dianne Monika Woods (Darren); brother of Anne Tracy (Al), Joseph Rukus (Pat), and the late John Rukus (Louise). Also survived by seven grandchildren and mother-in-law, Perla Gonzalez. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, March 30, 2010, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Shrine of St. Jude, 12701 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD, on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
