On Wednesday, May 18 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Robert Rugur; mother of Sharon Whitt and Robert Rugur, Jr. Also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking) on Monday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick’s Church, Norbeck and Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD, on Tuesday, May 24 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
