Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Mess Foy Rowland; father of David, Kathleen, and Billy Foy, David, Ginger, and the late Johnny Rowland; grandfather of Sean, Megan, Shannon and Erin Foy, Jonathan and Lindsay Rowland; brother of Beverly (Charles) Garcia and Ruth Price.
