David Louis Rogerson, Jr. (Age 92)

On Thursday, November 17, 2016, of Rockville, MD.  Beloved husband of the late Dolores N. Rogerson; father of  David L. Rogerson (Anne), Laura D. Hollis (Steve), and Lisa Nelson; brother of John C. and William T. Rogerson; also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.  Served honorably in the U.S. Army during WWII. Lifetime member of American Legion Post 268 and VFW  Post 2562 Wheaton, Md. Relatives and friends may call at  Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Wednesday, November 30, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Private family graveside at  Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring, MD.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to Montgomery Hospice.
