On Wednesday, February 23, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Mary R. Rogers; father of James (Christine) Rogers, Timothy (Mary Agnes) Rogers, Mary Ann (Gary) Katski, Thomas (Elizabeth) Rogers and Elizabeth ( Mark) Anderson; brother of Elizabeth, Jean (deceased), Caroline, William, Dorothy and Ann (deceased). Also survived by 12 grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, February 27, 2011, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church, 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
