On Friday, April 8, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of Patricia D. Rodeffer; father of Kimberly C. Comer, Kristina B. (John W.) Bachner; grandfather of Brynn E. and Declan W. Bachner; brother of Thomas R. Rodeffer and Adele R. Basgall. Visitation at Lutheran Church of St. Andrew, 15300 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20905, on Saturday, April 16 from 10 to 11 a.m. where Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Reception will be immediately following services. Interment private. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or Montgomery Hospice, 1355 Piccard Drive, Suite 100, Rockville, MD 20850.
