Cilia M. Rincon of Rockville, MD. passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2015.  Beloved wife of Edgar Rincon; mother of Victor, Piedad, Fabio and Andres. She is predeceased by her oldest son, Ivan. Grandmother of Phillip, Maurice, Anthony, Emily, Gisela, Jonathan, Tatiana, Sofia, Natalie, Andres, Jr. and Alessandro; great grandmother of Christian and Caylin.  Relatives and friends may call at St. Catherine Laboure, Veirs Mill & Claridge Roads, Wheaton, MD, on Friday, May 22, from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.; followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Interment at Parklawn Memorial Park in Rockville, MD.
