On Wednesday, August 14, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD.  Beloved wife of the late Commander William Francis Reeve USN; mother of  Angela R. (Joseph)Tassallo, Sheila Reeve and Kenneth M.(Linda) Reeve; grandmother of Michelle L. Reeve,Joseph W. Tassallo and Victoria H. Tassallo. Sister of Susan Watson (Robert) Baumgarten of Slidell, L.A. Victoria was a 1957 graduate of Princess Anne High School in Norfolk, VA.  Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), on Sunday, August  18, 2 to 4 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church, 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, August 19, at 10 a.m.  Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ARC of Montgomery County Residential Services (with preferences to Twinbrook Group Home), 11600 Nebel Street, Rockville, MD 20852.
