On Tuesday, October 18, 2016, of Leisure World in Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Richard Quinn; mother of Michael Quinn, Lisa Quinn, Kevin Quinn, and Ellen Quinn Scott; grandmother of Lucretia Quinn, Sylvia Quinn, Sidney Quinn, Shaun High Rock, Melanie Rouse Hutchinson and Moses Rouse; great-grandmother of 12 great-grandchildren; sister of the late Forbis Le Flore. Lucretia was active in the Bethesda Quilters, in the Chambersburg PA quilt guild and in the Ormond Beach FL quilt guild. Before retiring, Lucretia worked at the Cancer Institute at the National Institutes of Health. Memorial Mass at St. Patrick’s Church, Norbeck and Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD, on Monday, October 24, 2016 at 11 am. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
