On Wednesday, February 22, 2012, of Olney, MD. Beloved wife of CAPT. Henry P. Pykosh, USN (Ret.); mother of Paul J., David S. and Tony G. (Christine) Pykosh; grandmother of Jack, Justin and Nicholas Pykosh; daughter of John “Chummy” and the late Mildred “Midge” Lignelli; sister of Frank “Butch” Lignelli. Also survived by many loving family members and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD, on Tuesday, February 28, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Foundation for Women’s Cancer, Montgomery Hospice Casey House or the Wounded Warrior Project.
