On Wednesday, April 13, 2011 of Olney, MD, formerly of Parma Heights, OH. Beloved mother of Monica M. Sparber and mother-in-law of Frank A. Sparber; grandmother of Kristina, Daniel and David Sparber; sister of Marie K. Mills of Brunswick, OH and the late Adrienne Buckley of Brook Park, OH. Mrs. Powers was formerly married to Michael (Polivchak) Powers. Visitation will be at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD 20832 on Tuesday, April 19, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Franciscan Missions, www.franciscanmissions.org.
