On Friday, April 11, 2014 of Silver Spring, MD. For over 40 years Eddie worked at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD. Beloved husband of Peggy Pope; father of Kimberlee Ann Lett and William Edward Pope; grandfather of Alexander Pope and Annabelle Lett; brother of Lea Meyer, Patty Slagle, Linda Grubbs and Don Pope; son-in-law of William Hrindac; father-in-law of Andrew Lett and Meghan Pope. Also survived by many loving family members and friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Wednesday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. where Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 17, at 9 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
