On Friday, February 5, 2016, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved husband of the late Susan C. Podrasky; father of Jean Podrasky (Grace Fasano), Richard (Elisa) Podrasky II, and Suzanne Podrasky Stafford (Bob Stafford); grandfather of Nick, Erica, Noe and Emmy; and brother of Rosemary Roberts. Also survived by many loved nieces and nephews. Richard Podrasky graduated from University of Pittsburgh with an Electrical Engineering degree. He served in the U.S. Army working at the Pentagon and worked for IBM, closely with NASA. While working for IBM in Frankfurt Germany, he met and married Susan Conniff. He loved fine wines, cooking gourmet foods and travelling the world.
