Beloved husband of Linda Plummer; father of Richard, Jr., Scott and Troy Plummer; step-father of Donna Miller; brother of Judy Ramsey and the late Robert Plummer; grandpa of Britney and Kalyn Miller. Also survived by a niece, two nephews, and other family members.
